I ran across this doing research on kinetic typography today. I don’t normally post little videos like this, but I enjoyed this monologue by the excellent George Hrab.
This echos my thoughts exactly. National borders are artificial constructs and while they provide a useful geographic demarcation for a vast array of economic purposes, they can also cause us to forget to think critically about our place in the world, and as human beings.
